Clzwx accepts returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is unused and undamaged, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing your return.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been worn or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or clearance.
